Position: Project Manager/Trainer/Implementation Specialist

Decription:        

 Summary:

Oversees the successful implementation of Phoenix Ortho at a client site, from initial contact to Go Live. Teaches individuals how to use Phoenix Ortho. Must present materials efficiently and at an appropriate level for those being trained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Managing implementation projects for new Phoenix Ortho customers
  • Follow Phoenix Ortho project guidelines and adjust where necessary to complete an implementation project
  • Communicate requirements and scheduling policies effectively and clearly to end-users
  • Perform one-on-one coaching with Providers during Go Live phase of implementations
  • Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other Phoenix Ortho-related technologies. This is during training and when not training.
  • Generate project using internal project tools  
  • Train local Phoenix Ortho Administrators
  • Train materials developers and other trainers
  • Train staff and other leaders
  • Recommend methods and materials
  • Prepare training curricula
  • Perform QC testing on Phoenix Ortho

Education/Experience:

College degree; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Travel Demands:

Phoenix Ortho trainers should expect at least 75% travel. Usually 3 weeks on the road then 1 week off if possible.
